Metro: A Treasure of Delhi

Around a decade back, 24th of December was the day for Delhites, yet another new morning and as usual people started their work by commuting and by facing the same huge traffic jam that they generally used to face each and every day. But no, there was something that was decided to happen that very day. You may guess now that was the day in the history of Delhi when Delhi Metro got started. It was the very first time when the first Metro of Delhi was launched and was made to move on tracks. The very first small distance that it covered was from Shahdara to Rithala, that were known and ares till known by the stations on Red Line. So basically, Delhi Metro has five different lines that are Yellow, Blue, Green, Red and Violet out of which Airport Express line is attached to one of these lines.

Metro is one of the assets that contributes in the tagline that Delhi has got that is Smart City India. It has contributed and helped the people in a lot of faces. In today's busy lives of people, it is the most convenient and easiest option to choose by the Delhiites whenever it comes to commuting or travelling, no matter how the environment or weather of Delhi is. Some of the best qualities that Our Delhi Metro possesses are discussed below. It possesses the feature of being so cheap to afford. Rather the best option to choose if you want to travel safely and comfortably.

Another quality that it has includes it's environment-friendly electrical appliance as it runs through Electricity and ultimately helps in making the city be a pollution free place to live and to survive. The lat and the most important point that we cannot forget is the time assurance capability of Metro as we can actually rely on Delhi Metro if we are very punctual about our time.
