Noida is Ideal for Prospective Property Buyers

Once a dream destination for many is today cringed for space and prospective property buyers are looking at options elsewhere in terms of property search and investment options. Delhi has witnessed a surge of demand in the sphere of property over the past few years, but, the elevated prices have dampened the desire and hopes of many. This has further resulted in the state government to take initiative to offer affordable luxury housing to people in the outskirts of Delhi that they term as the NCR today.

While the thought and concept seemed plausible, people were hesitant to invest in properties elsewhere apart from Delhi. But with townships and commercial venues being established at a fast pace and MNCs establishing their base in places like Gurgaon and Noida, prospective buyers soon realised the potential of residential and commercial property investment.

Commercial properties in Noida and Gurgaon grew exponentially over the years and so was the increase in investment. With the passing years, towering buildings were erected that reflected architectural distinctiveness never seen before in Northern India. Gurgaon emerged as the Millennium city while Noida and the Commercial and IT hub of the NCR. This potent combination of commercial dwellings with residential soon became a trademark for other regions to follow.

The demand for residential properties may have fluctuated over the years but Commercial properties in Noida and Gurgaon were in full demand owing to the growing demand for spacious offices that had become a necessity to accommodate expansion of businesses. While Delhi may have lost potential customers seeking to buy properties, the NCR benefited tremendously. The advantage of creating the NCR with Delhi as an integral part of it also contributed to people looking at residential and commercial property investment in the NCR more seriously. Delhi borders expanded further with the demand for space, thus culminating to the formation of places like Greater Noida and New Gurgaon.
